With 37+ years of experience, including a decade at the Birla Group, he has been instrumental in shaping Multicon’s financial strength since 1993. He leads fiscal strategy, risk management, and growth, earning industry-wide recognition for his expertise.

An engineer with a degree in international management, he brings 15+ years of global experience in strategy and operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America, a management consultant and a business leader in the health, education, manufacturing and financial services sectors. He brings a fresh strategic perspective to the group, with a strong focus on innovation driven growth and technology enabled transformation.

He leads the people-first strategies that align human resources with overarching business objectives across all entities. With over 22 years of cross-industry HR leadership, he brings a sharp focus on talent development, process automation and culture-building. Believing that HR is a powerful growth engine, he remains dedicated to fostering purpose-driven workplaces that thrive on progress and innovation.

A seasoned legal professional, she brings extensive experience in managing a wide spectrum of legal matters. Since joining Multicon Group, she has led the legal advisory division with a focus on precision, integrity and strategic counsel. His journey began with IT training in 1991 and evolved into the founding of NSHM Knowledge Campus & IQ City Medical College—institutions that seamlessly blend academic excellence with industry relevance. With a legacy of over 50,000 alumni, he remains steadfast in his mission to empower learners & nurture the leaders of tomorrow.

A pioneer in fitness & holistic wellness, Vinit Baptist is the founder of Zest Fitness Studio & co-founder of Optimum Wellness Academy. The first Indian FRC Mobility Specialist & an RTS Mastery graduate, he applies a research-driven, holistic approach to sustainable strength, performance, nutrition & movement-based health transformation for all age groups.

With industry experience dating back to 2003, he has developed deep operational expertise under the mentorship of esteemed industry leaders. As Assistant General Manager – Operations at Multireach Broadband, he plays a pivotal role in streamlining cross-departmental processes to enhance efficiency & foster growth.
