With a global perspective shaped by an MBA from Hult Business School, London, he brings sharp business insight to the Group’s real estate, education, foreign exchange and internet ventures. As Vice Chairman & Managing Director, his forward-thinking leadership fuels innovation, drives expansion and reinforces Multicon’s position as a future-focused, customer-first organisation with strong focus on technology and brand.

A strategic force behind the group’s success, she lends her expertise across its diverse ventures—real estate, education, foreign exchange, and institutional food supply. Actively promoting financial literacy through Millennium Mams, she also embraces the Bihar School of Yoga, reflecting her commitment to holistic, mindful, and values-driven living.

Blending corporate leadership with the discipline of a global sportsperson, she brings a unique vision and energy to the Multicon Group. With 37+ years of experience, including a decade at the Birla Group, he has been instrumental in shaping Multicon’s financial strength since 1993. He leads fiscal strategy, risk management, and growth, earning industry-wide recognition for his expertise.

An engineer with a master’s in international management, he brings 15+ years of management consulting and operations experience across Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America and South Asia. Having worked with Fortune 500 companies in multiple sectors, including health, education, consumer goods, manufacturing and financial services, he brings a fresh strategic perspective to the group, driving new growth initiatives and technology led transformations.

A visionary in education, he has over 30 years of experience building future-ready learning ecosystems. From pioneering IT training in 1991 to founding NSHM Knowledge Campus and IQ City Medical College, his institutions blend academic excellence with industry relevance. With 50,000+ alumni, he continues to empower learners and shape tomorrow’s leaders.

A cost accountant with over 25 years of experience, he leads Multimoney Forex with deep expertise in Eastern India’s forex landscape. Known for his strategic vision and integrity, he has consistently driven growth and operational excellence in a highly specialized and competitive sector.

A pioneer in fitness & holistic wellness, he is the co-founder of Zest Fitness Studio & co-founder of Optimum Wellness Academy. The first Indian FRC Mobility Specialist & an RTS Mastery graduate, he applies a research-driven, holistic approach to sustainable strength, performance, nutrition & movement-based health transformation for all age groups.

Backed by industry exposure since 2003, he has honed his operational skills under respected mentors. In his current role as Assistant General Manager – Operations at Multireach Broadband, he is instrumental in optimizing internal workflows. His dedication and leadership are key drivers in enhancing performance and sustaining business growth.

With over 22 years of cross-industry HR leadership, he brings a sharp focus on talent development, process automation and culture-building. A seasoned legal professional, she brings extensive experience in managing a wide spectrum of legal matters. Since joining Multicon Group, she has led the legal advisory division with a focus on precision, integrity and strategic counsel. Her approach ensures that the Group’s interests remain well-protected, fully compliant and aligned with the dynamic legal landscape.

With a strategic focus on brand building, business expansion and stakeholder engagement, he drives marketing & communications across the Group’s verticals.
